Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased for specific services or for any dollar amount.  Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used for any product or service of the value purchased.

Cancellation Policy
Please be respectful of our salon/spa professional’s time. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request 24-hour notice. For spa parties of 2 or more a credit card number is required at time of booking. If spa services are cancelled with less than 48-hour notice the credit card will be processed for the full amount.

Reservations/Punctuality

Please call to reserve your appointments in advance. We recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your service to enjoy a cup of tea, or lmon water and begin to relax. If you arrive late, we may shorten your service or reschedule so our other clients are not kept waiting.

Children, Cell Phones and Pagers
Please assist us in maintaining our relaxing environment by leaving cell phones and pagers turned off or at home. For the safety of your children please do not bring them to salon or spa appointments.

About Your Spa Visit
Robes, towels, slippers and shower facilities are available. A garment bag that will remain in the room with you is provided for your belongings. Please refrain from wearing jewelry to spa appointment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Forms of Payment
Cash, Master Card, and Visa are accepted. We do not accept checks.
